IRGC launches missiles at Daesh headquarters in Syria from western Iran

This is one of the rare times I will use a PressTV report as a source for a report. 

I have read dozens of reports that Iran launched the missile from Western Iran into Eastern Syria and hit ISIS targets in response to ISIS terrorist attacks in Tehran, about 600 km away.  

But what is missing is the information that the missiles had to have crossed Iraq to do this. Again, either they asked Iraq for permission or they broke either international law or at least protocol and military etiquette and transited another nation without permission in launching a weapon. 

But the report contains a fatal flaw.  Not that the report is wrong, but when PressTV, the official news agency of Iran, publishes a video from the PressTV YouTube channel and says the footage “reportedly” is the IRGC missile strike, my mind starts whirring. Did PressTV shoot the footage or…
